TEAM SWITZERLAND!

When I posted my last post I got a comment that asked "when you first read the books what team were you? jacob or edward?" I'm going to be honest at first I was team edward, but after I had finished the book New Moon I was a team that I like to call........TEAM SWITZERLAND! To be truthful I didnt make the name up. I got the name from a twilight podcast, and I give full credit to them. The reason they call it team switzerland is because Switzerland is a very nuetral country, so they never chose sides. Im team Switzerland because I like Edward and Jacob. Also, bella even says in the book that she does end up loving both of them. Most people I know who like twilight are team Jacob, but they only like Jacob because he's drop dead gorgeous in the movie New Moon. Only one of my friends is team edward, and she actually likes him for his personality! I think if everyone read the book series they would be team edward, but for now........I AM TOTALLY TEAM SWITZERLAND!!!!

Countdown to Eclipse!

After seeing New Moon the first time fans were hooked. Sadly after the movie it tells us some horrible news......we have to wait till June 30 2010 for eclipse to come out! Fans are very sad about this and our anxtious for the movie to come to theaters. Summit entertainment is still keeping there mind set on having the actress Bryce Dallas Howard to play victoria.......but we already talked about that. instead im going to tell you about the book eclipse. In New Moon Bella found out her best friends secret.....he's a werewolf. Now, bella faces a new problem. Victoria is still out there plotting her revenge to get bella back for killing her mate James. Now bella must choose either a life of being a vampire and spending an eternity with edward or hanging out with her best friend and werewolf jacob. This is the book that represents the team edward and team jacob debate.

New Moon breaks The Dark Nights record opening weekand!

Many fans have been waiting this day.......New Moon opens! When Twilight came out fans were shocked and they quickly fell in love with the beloved series. There was a drawback though, they had to wait 6 months for New Moon to come out. I know from experience that it took FOREVER for it to get here, but when it finally came out I was freaking out. I went to the midnight premiere and after seeing it I was Hyped! When I went to see the results of how much money they brought in opening weekand I was shocked! It had broke the record of the Dark Knights record of 72.7 million dollars. New Moon had brought in 140.7 million dollars opening weekand! Fans were shocked by the positive effect of the great, spectaculer movie that stole the hearts of everyone that watched it. Summit was very happy with effect and even wondered if Eclipse will have the same effect if not better. I just want to say that I am very proud of the cast and crew of New Moon and that I hope they do the same if not better for Eclipse.

actress dilemma!

When summit entertainment first announced that they were going to film new moon, they also said that Rachelle Lefevre would not be casted as victoria. Rachelle of course was shocked about the sudden recasting of victoria, but Rachelle was also casted in another film that she had not infomed summit of this other film. Summit claims that she would not have enough time for all of the practice hours needed to complete the film, and would not be able to be in it. Rachelle was hurt by the sudden recasting, and she appologized for her ways. She was even more shocked when she learned that her replacement was Bryce Dallas Howard.

Through out all the Twilight saga books my favorite character was Alice. I liked Alice because she loved to be very fashionable. One of the parts in twilight that Alice represents me, was when Edward intoduces Bella to his family. She acted very kind and complemented her many times through out the time. One of the funniest complements that made Bella feel a little akward, was "Edward was right, you do smell good". That made me laugh out loud, and my mom the whole time kept asking me what was so funny. Since it was so funny, when I tried to tell my mom what was so funny i couldn't tell her because I kept laughing to hard. In New Moon, Alice throughs a birthday part for Bella,but it goes terribly wrong. After Edward leaves and Bella is left to mope around, Alice does eventually come back. Bella was very happy when Alice came back, proving that she is a very nice person/vampire.

If you’ve heard about the Twilight and New Moon movies, you should consider reading the series. Reading the series could help you better understand the movies so then you wouldn’t get confused. Twilight is about a girl named Bella and she has to move to the small town of Forks, Washington. Life changes for her when she meets the mysterious boy named Edward Cullen, who’s hiding a dark secret. This dark secret causes Bella to go through many life and death situations. I think that people would enjoy twilight because it is a love story, but with a twist.

One story that I would like to edit and publish is my 12 sentence story. my 12 sentence story is about when I was 6 years old and I was at my grandma's. I got hurt while I was there and had to get 5 stitches on my hand. I would like to edit this story because, it was one of my most gross and unique stories I can remember. If I edited it and it got published it would make me very happy.

Riding my bike on a nice day was just a Liz tradition. I would get my bike out and ride it to the bike trail. Riding on the bike trail is very thrilling and fun. Usually I'd bring a small lunch box and snack on some carrots and juice when I got tired. I had no clue that I would have a horrifying accident that would change my life.

It started on a perfectly nice, clear, and warm day. After I got my bike and lunch ready, I head for the trail. When I got to Sanborn street, I looked both ways, looked at the street lights, and at the drivers passing by. Finally the street light turned a vibrant red telling me that it’s safe to go. Bang! Screeching tires surrounded me as I slowly drifted into unconsciousness. Blacking out felt good, reality made my head hurt. I had no clue what was happening when someone opened a car door...........

"Hey! Are you OK!" someone yelled at me. I was still unconscious at the time so I didn't move. The man ran up to me and leaned over me to know I was alright. "Please you need to wake up" he said. I open my eyes and sit up. "I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention" he says. Still dazed a bit I nod my head to let him know I forgive him. A couple of bystanders were on their cell phones calling the ambulance. "Just rest the ambulance is on the way" he says. I sit on the cold hard ground and wait for the first responders.

"What were you thinking" my mom yelled at me. "Jeez lay off mom" I say. She had been yelling at me for an hour, and it was starting to get annoying. "You could have been killed!" I say straight to her face "well I wasn't". She kept saying the same things over and over again. I didn't even have a broken bone. The only thing I have is a bump on the head.

After the hospital incident, I had to get 10 stitches on my head! In the process I got to miss 3 days of school, and had a lot of people send me flowers and cards. All in all if you’re like me who enjoys bike rides look where you are GOING.

The genre of my story is nonfiction. My story if about when I had got hit by a car. It's my favorite because, it what makes me unique then other students. I got hit by a car and most students haven't.

first semester reflection

During the first semester of 7th grade I learned many new things about grammer and alot about computers. One thing that was absolutely new to me was compound, complex, and compound complex sentences. Also i learned about AWWUBIS clauses. At the begining of the year i had no clue what that was.

what I learned about myself was that, i tend to like to work by myself rather then with partners. im a very independent person and likes to be left alone when i work. I also learned that im really good at operating a computer and am really good with movie maker.

I think that I would be a much better student if I start cooaperating with students and stop being so independent and anal about projects. also, I think it would help alot if I learned how to write better and start to learn better vocabulary.
